Welcome to ApniSite.pk policies, By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using any of our services.
1. Our Services
ApniSite.pk provides a range of services including but not limited to:

Content Writing & Website Redesign

We offer these services to individuals, startups, and businesses of all sizes, with a promise of quality, creativity, and client satisfaction.
2. Project Initiation & Payment Terms
Work begins only after an upfront payment of 50% of the total cost or PKR 10,000, whichever is higher.
This advance is non-refundable once work has started or purchases (like domains, hosting, plugins) have been made.
Remaining payment must be made before the final handover or website goes live.
3. Domain, Hosting & SSL
Once a domain is purchased, it cannot be changed or refunded.
Clients are responsible for all renewals (domain, hosting, and SSL certificates).
We are not liable for any loss caused due to expiry of domain, hosting, or SSL.
4. Third-Party Plugins and Licenses
If any paid plugin, theme, or tool is required, the cost must be covered by the client before installation.
Alternatively, the client can provide a valid license or purchase it directly.
5. Revisions and Delivery
We offer unlimited revisions during the development phase, as long as they are within the original project scope.
Any additional features or out-of-scope requests may be charged separately.
6. Backup Policy
A complete backup is provided once the project is finalized and delivered.
Ongoing backup and maintenance is not our responsibility unless agreed upon in a separate maintenance package.
7. Portfolio Use
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio for promotional and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required content, details, and feedback on time to avoid delays.
We are not responsible for project delays caused due to incomplete or delayed communication.
9. Limitation of Liability
ApniSite.pk will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business disruption, due to the use or inability to use our services.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disagreements or disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, they will be handled under the laws of Pakistan.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
