• To provide website development and digital marketing services

• To communicate project progress and updates

• For invoicing and financial records

• To feature completed projects in our portfolio (only website screenshots and basic descriptions)

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties, unless required by law.

3. Portfolio and Showcase Rights

We reserve the right to display any websites or applications developed by us in our portfolio, blog posts, and marketing materials for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing before the project begins.

4. Advance Payment and Refund Policy

• We require an advance payment of either 50% of the total project cost or Rs. 10,000, whichever is higher, before starting any development.

• Payments made for domain, hosting, SSL certificates, or third-party purchases are non-refundable.

• Once a domain name is purchased, it cannot be changed under any circumstance.

• If a paid plugin or theme is required, the client must either pay for the license upfront or purchase it independently.

• Refunds are not issued for completed work, or work already started with resources purchased on behalf of the client.

5. Backup & Maintenance Policy

• We provide one complete website backup upon successful project completion.

• Ongoing backups, updates, and maintenance are not our responsibility unless covered in a separate support or maintenance contract.

• The client is solely responsible for renewing domain, hosting, SSL certificates, and plugin licenses on time. We will not be held responsible for any service disruption or data loss due to missed renewals.

6. Data Security

We use secure methods to store and transmit your data. While we take all standard precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security in the event of cyber threats beyond our control.

7. Dispute & Liability Clause

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

• In case of any legal dispute, jurisdiction will fall under the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

• Any verbal agreements are not binding unless confirmed in written form via email or contract.

8. Policy Updates
